Thank you for shopping with Modern Reign. We work hard to ship your order quickly and keep you updated every step of the way. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. During peak seasons, launches, or promotions, processing times may extend. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY
We offer a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping or free shipping for purchases over $150.00. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once the package is handed off to the carrier, delivery speed and transit updates are controlled by the carrier.

COMMON SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Standard Shipping: Typically 3 to 7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: Typically 2 to 3 business days after processing
Local delivery or pickup: Offered only when shown at checkout

Please note that weather delays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and holidays may extend delivery times.

ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for:
• incorrect or incomplete addresses
• failed delivery attempts
• packages returned due to carrier inability to deliver
If a package is returned to us, we will contact you. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the order.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Modern Reign is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
If your package arrives damaged, save all packaging and items and contact us immediately at info@themodernreign.com. We will help determine next steps.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If international shipping is offered at checkout, customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by your country and are not included in our shipping charges.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to weight, size, location, or carrier regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is returned to us due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or refusal of package, we will reach out with options. Refunds, if eligible, will not include original shipping fees.
