Return Policy

We want you to love your Modern Reign pieces. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the exact condition they were sent to you.

Final Sale Items
All items purchased using a discount code, deal, or promotion are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, items ending in .95 or .97, mystery items, undergarments, makeup, bath and beauty products, and any items marked or announced as final sale in live videos or item descriptions.

Return Requirements
All returns must include the original packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your full name, order number, and the specific items being returned. Each item must be clearly associated with the order number it was purchased under. Returns missing this information will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
Items that smell of smoke or perfume, contain pet hair, appear dirty, show signs of wear, or are otherwise not in original condition will not be accepted. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. Shoes must be returned in their original box if one was provided. 

Non-Eligible Returns
Items that do not meet return eligibility will be sent back to the customer. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping to have non-eligible items returned to them.

Processing Time
Returns may take up to 7 business days to process after they are received, though most are completed sooner. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Unauthorized Returns
If a return is attempted without meeting the criteria outlined in this policy or without proper authorization, it cannot be processed. If we receive an ineligible return, the items will be held until return shipping is paid by the customer.
